CFBC is prayer dependent. It is one of our seven core values. We are a praying people, seeking God’s will in all things.

Praying for needs

Prayer Wall

As a prayer dependent congregation, we will pray for every request, believing that the Lord will come to the aid of those who cry out to Him. And as we receive each praise report we will celebrate the activity of God.

Prayer Resources

Prayer is the easiest and hardest of all things; the simplest and the sublimest; the weakest and the most powerful; its results lie outside the range of human possibilities—they are limited only by the omnipotence of God.

– E.M. Bounds

Four things let us ever keep in mind: God hears prayer, God heeds prayer, God answers prayer, and God delivers by prayer.

Pray 24

24 Pray Event

One Day – Each Week – 24 Hours

This weekly prayer time will be focused on specific needs including: CFBC ministry, Revival in the church, Spiritual awakening in our nation and the world, and Government leaders and judges.

Prayer guides will be provided to make your prayer time as effective as possible. The prayer day, beginning Tuesday mornings at 7am and ending Wednesday mornings at 7am, will be divided into 30-minute slots. We want to pray for 24 consecutive hours, and we are asking you to fill one of these 30-minute time slots.

Fasting is encouraged during the 24-hour period, but not required.
