Prayer is one of our core values here at CFBC. We would love to pray with you over your need today! You can submit a request below and even be notified every time someone takes time out of their day to pray for your need.
You may add your prayer request to our prayer wall using the form below. Once your prayer request is received, we will share it according to your instructions. Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! My friend, Tommy Laster, is battling cancer. I would like to request prayer for he and his wife, Pat. Please pray that when I’m in the hospital, the doctors are immediately guided on how to address my anxiety. I am suffering from deep depression and lack of sleep. Prayers are needed and appreciated Thank you all for your kind prayers for my discectomy surgery this past November 14. I think it’s successful because I no longer have the severe pain radiating down the front of my left leg on the quadriceps to the knee. Still have low back pain and weakness. Pray that this will ease in the days to come. I was told I could still have residual pain for a while. My follow up with my surgeon is Dec. 3rd. Update on my sister, Karen. She was discharged from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility, supposedly to get more PT to regain strength and more independence in her own care. This would be the next step before complete healing of her surgical wounds so she can have surgery to reconnect her esophagus and stomach in 6-12 months. Unfortunately, she also ran out of Medicare hospital days, so she had to go somewhere. No Acute Care Facilities would accept her case and very few Skilled Nursing. This facility said they could handle it. This transition is not going very smoothly. They are now saying they don’t have the supplies or skills to meet her basic wound care needs and have not begun PT. Please pray for her to receive the care she needs to recover. I erroneously marked the earlier request as answered. My son is still waiting for records transfer and an appointment with a neurologist at the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute for a second opinion on his brain lesion. The working diagnosis continues to be that it is not an auto immune disorder, but at tumor. Please pray for an appointment and divine healing; that the next MRI will show it gone. Thank you, church. Our son, Schuyler, 41, was admitted to the hospital last Thursday with a demyelinating lesion. The neurology department believes it is not caused by an autoimmune disorder, but rather a tumor. They discharged him today with a referral for a second opinion. Please pray for divine healing. A speedy follow up. And a definitive diagnosis. I want to thank those of you who prayed for my wife’s hip surgery. She came through it wonderfully and is recuperating. Praise our God who answers his prayers.Wayne Rodgers
